The Delving Deep 1:1 premium coaching program provides you with a custom plan that supports your PCOS and helps you to achieve your desired outcome. I am not here to provide you with a standardized, one-size-fits-all exercise program. Everyone is different and on their own unique journey. This is why all my workout programs are custom made. I will design a exercise program for you based on your hormone imbalance/PCOS, overall health, abilities and goals. You also receive continual support from me during the whole process.
For 12 weeks, I will work closely with you to make sure that you are educated and empowered on matters regarding your health and PCOS. Not ready to commit to 12 weeks of 1:1 coaching? That's fine! My 30 Day Jump Start program is a perfect way to start making changes and seeing progress without the long term committment.
30 Day Jump Start includes:
- Initial consultation
- Personalized 30 day exercise program
- Diet/nutrition recommendations
- 1 week support to ask your questions and concerns (email or DM me as much as you like during these 7 days)
- Follow up consultation within the 30 days
During the 30 Jump Start plan you will first complete a detailed questionnaire and a 3 Day Diet Diary. I will review your answers to the questionnaire and diet diary, and provide diet/nutrition recommendations and a personalized 30 day exercise program based on your needs and desired goals.

I've worked with so many coaches. Why will working with you be any different?
When I was diagnosed with PCOS, I followed many intense workout programs that promised fat loss. I had no clue that the exercise I was doing on a daily basis (for years) was doing my body more harm than good.
Exercise to me meant a 1+ hour long intense workout in the gym. I thought that I had to go hard in the gym, until I couldn't go anymore, to get results.
But this approach, that I somehow thought was 'healthy', was only leaving me exhausted, miserable and was pushing me further in hormonal chaos.
After every single workout, I felt fatigued-to the point where I had no energy and wanted to take a nap! I began dreading my workouts and this was something I hated because exercise is a big part of my life, it's my passion and my escape.
When I reached this point, I knew something had to change.
I needed to find out how to make fitness a part of my life again. But in order to do this, I needed to take a step back and delve into the research about exercise to understand how it effects the body.
To restore my health I needed to educate myself on the full effects exercise has on our hormones, metabolism and overall movement of the body.
What I uncovered blew my mind and has changed the way I view exercise.
Reversing PCOS and its Symptoms Requires a Holistic Approach
I 100% understand your reservation in taking this step. It can be hard committing to someone without feeling some assurance.
Unlike with other coaches you may have worked with, I take a holistic approach to both nutrition and training.
As a coach I do not focus on the symptoms, I search for the root cause of the problem. I assess what possible reasons are causing the symptom.
Everything from what you eat, how many hours you sleep to the way you speak to yourself can prevent you from making positive change and progressing on your healing journey.
Through my very own experience of reversing my PCOS and regaining my period, and from working with my clients, I have developed a protocol to balancing hormones which include; diet/nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep and mindset. I do not focus solely on nutrition and exercise, as I firmly believe our mindset has a significant impact on our ability to restore balance.
