Yes, we are back and I am so excited!!

I have decided to re brand and relaunch the podcast. It is no longer called 'The PCOS and Nutrition Podcast', it is now called 'The PCOS Oracle Podcast'.

I have been working on this for a few months, trying to make it bigger and better than it was!

While the name has changed, the evidence based and practical PCOS tips are still here.

For those of you that are new to the podcast, here's what to expect, on the show I welcome expert guests who dive deep into the topics of PCOS, female health, hormones, nutrition, exercise and mindset all with the goal of helping you to understand how you can reverse your PCOS symptoms naturally.
