Angela Grassi, MS, RDN, LDN (@pcosnutrition) is a registered dietitian nutritionist and the founder of the PCOS Nutrition Center where for over 20 years she has been providing evidence-based nutrition information and coaching to people with PCOS. In episode 63 of the podcast, I had the honor of speaking with Angela Grassi! Angela has been an advocate and source of valuable PCOS information for years. The PCOS Nutrition Center was one of the first websites I came across when I was diagnosed with PCOS.
